This ranges from providing project management and leadership to full procurement packages at an OJEU standard.

We supported the Milton Keynes Drug and Alcohol joint commissioning group in their procurement of a new provider

This included drafting all procurement materials, service specifications and contractual documents.

In addition we devised assessment and scoring regimes, chaired and minuted meetings and provided bidder feedback sessions.
